San Francisco - Mobile game publisher Hands-On Mobile (formerly Mforma) announced on Tuesday a deal with NBC Universal to develop "Blind Date"-branded mobile flirting and chatting applications. The "Flirting by Blind Date" application allows users screen and set up potential blind dates via text messages that match their preferences to other singles using the service.

San Francisco - Hands-On Mobile, a publisher of mobile lifestyle, games and personalization products, on Thursday named Keith McCurdy as its COO. McCurdy most recently served as the company's president of studios and products, and previously was the president and CEO of Blaze Entertainment and a vice president at Electronic Arts.

Las Vegas - Mobile entertainment publisher Mforma announced on Wednesday that it has changed its name to Hands-On Mobile. Separately, San Francisco-based Hands-On announced new deals to publish mobile content from LEGO, Christian Radio Network personality Pat Boone, and former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee. The company partnered with mobile game developer Kiloo and TT Games Publishing to create the Lego-branded wireless games.
