Quincy, Mass. - Modiv Media, a provider of online marketing technology, has raised $8 million in its second round of venture capital, led by current investors, including Ignition Partners, Oak Investment Partners and SeaPoint Ventures.

San Francisco - Blowtorch Entertainment, a new media company focused on the youth audience that will produce feature-length films, professional-grade shorts, mobile offerings, an online social community and live events, announced on Friday that it has secured more than $50 million in initial funding, including an equity investment from Ignition Partners.

Seattle - Melodeo, a provider of on-demand audio and video programming for the Web and mobile platforms, has raised $7.9 million in its third round of funding, led by Ignition Partners and Voyager Capital.

Beijing - ChinaCache Network Technology, a provider of content delivery network services in China, has raised $31.5 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by Qiming Venture Partners, PEHub.com reported.
