Washington - The National Archives said on Tuesday that it has partnered with Utah-based Footnote.com to launch the largest online collection of Holocaust archives. The new Interactive Holocaust Collection, available at the link below, includes more than 1 million Holocaust-related records, including concentration camp registers, more than 26,000 photos and nearly 600 interactive personal accounts.

Los Angeles - Apple's (NASD: AAPL) iPhone has surpassed Canon's Digital Rebel XTi as the most popular camera model being used to upload photos to Yahoo's (NASD: YHOO) sharing site Flickr, the Los Angeles Times reports. The new iPhone 3GS model -- which upped from 2- to 3-megapixels, and added auto-focus and white balance features, and the ability of the device to upload photos instantly was credited for the uptick in traffic.

Los Angeles - The founders of photo-sharing site Photobucket, which was acquired by News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) Fox Interactive Media for about $300 million in 2007, are leaving the company, TechCrunch reported. Alex Welch and Darren Crystal did not comment on their reason for leaving or future plans, but TechCrunch noted that the earnout period on Photobucket's acquisition ended in May.

Nintendo DSi Owners Can Upload Photos Directly to Facebook

The Dead Taps Blurb for Personalized Concert Tour Photo Books

San Francisco - The Dead, the band featuring surviving members of the Grateful Dead, said on Thursday that they have partnered with self-publishing service Blurb to offer fans collectors' edition concert books from each of the 17 dates on its 2009 tour. Fans will be able to create personal covers for their books by using their own photo for a cover image; the other photos in the book will be shot by longtime Dead photographer Jay Blakesberg. The band will cover Blurb's $5 fee for personalized book covers through June 30.
