Los Angeles - Dolby Laboratories' (NYSE: DLB) Digital Cinema unit this week announced a deal with Germany's Infitec to develop and market a digital 3D cinema delivery system for theaters, Variety reported. The company hopes its system, which will compete with offerings from Real D and In-Three, will be available for deployment by next spring.
