Vibe Magazine Acquired by Intermedia, Will Re-launch

New York - Hip-hop magazine Vibe will be resurrected -- six weeks after shuttering -- after private equity firm Intermedia Partners and its publishing unit Uptown Media reached a deal to acquire the brand and website, The Wall Street Journal reported.

World Championship Sports Network Lands Investment

Los Angeles - World Championship Sports Network (WCSN), a cable TV network and website that covers over 60 Olympic and lifestyle sports, announced on Monday that it has received a significant investment from private equity firm InterMedia Partners.
