Under the terms, IODA's catalog will gain distribution through BounDEE's relationship with more than 200 online music and mobile stores, while IODA will represent BounDEE's independent artists and labels worldwide.

Los Angeles - MySpace Music, the joint venture between the News Corp.-owned (NYSE: NWS) social network and the major record labels, announced on Thursday that it has signed a deal with IODA to bring the independent digital music distributor's catalog of more than one million tracks from over 50,000 artists to the service.

Berlin - IODA, a digital distributor of independent label music, announced this week the launch of IODA Nordic through a partnership with Bonnier Amigo Music Group. Under the terms, IODA will distribute Bonnier Amigo's catalog of independent music and labels through its international network of online and mobile partners. Cupertino, Calif. - Confirming a report from yesterday, Apple on Wednesday announced that it has cut the price for DRM-free tracks at its iTunes Plus store from $1.29 to 99 cents, and expanded its catalog to include tracks from independent labels and distributors including Sub Pop, Beggars Group, IODA and The Orchard.
