ITU Ventures, a venture capital firm, announced today that Leslie E. Bider, former Chairman and CEO of Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., has joined the firm as Chief Strategist. Bider will focus on value creation at the portfolio and team levels.

Mobile Marketing Firm G8Wave Raises $7.5 Million

Boston - G8Wave, a Boston-based provider of a technology platform for marketing through mobile phone networks, has raised $7.5 million in its first round of venture capital, led by ITU Ventures, Private Equity Week reported.
