Redwood City, Calif. - Electronic Arts announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with NBC Universal's iVillage women's entertainment company to create a co-branded casual games channel on iVillage.com. The site will feature titles from EA's Pogo.com, which counts 14 million monthly users and will become the exclusive casual games provider for iVillage.com's 16 million members. Redwood City, Calif. - User-generated media firm One True Media announced on Tuesday that it will power viewer video creation and submission for "iVillage Live," a new NBC Universal daytime talk show that will air online and on NBC and Bravo. The show will feature live chat, daily polls and comments, and video submissions from the viewing audience.

New York - NBC Universal announced on Monday that it has completed its $600 million acquisition of women's Internet destination iVillage. The companies said that iVillage chairman and CEO Douglas McCormick will step down to pursue other interests, with NBC Universal to announce a replacement to head the company in the near future.
