Mountain View, Calif. - NeoEdge, an in-game ad network for casual online games, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $4 million in its first round of financing.

uWink Joint Venture to Open Game-Themed Restaurants in Canada

Los Angeles - uWink, a developer of touch-screen game software used in a line of game-themed restaurants, announced on Monday the creation of uWink Canada, a joint venture with venture capital firm Jefferson Partners that will seek to open uWink restaurants in the Canadian market. The first such location is expected to open in late 2007 or early 2008.

Mountain View, Calif. - NeoEdge Networks, a provider of digital content delivery software for game publishers, has raised $3 million of an expected $8 million for its second round of venture capital financing, PEHub.com reported.
