Time Warner Prepping "TV Everywhere" for Pay-TV Subscribers

New York - Media conglomerate Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) is in talks with a number of fellow content providers, as well as cable, satellite and telecom providers, on a new service that would provide free, on-demand Web access for subscribers to premium pay-TV content, AdAge.com reported. "If you want to watch your favorite TV network or shows through broadband on any device -- PCs or mobile -- you can do it as long as you subscribe to any multichannel provider," Time Warner CEO Jeffrey Bewkes told AdAge.

Dulles, Va. - Richard Parsons will step down as the CEO of media giant Time Warner (NYSE: TW), the parent of AOL, effective Jan. 1, the company announced on Monday.
