U.K. Regulators Kill Kangaroo Joint Venture VOD Service

London - Kangaroo, a proposed online video-on-demand joint venture between U.K. broadcasters BBC, ITV and Channel 4, has been effectively killed by U.K. antitrust regulators, PaidContent reported.
