- Katalyst Media, the digital production firm started by actor Ashton Kutcher,
has signed a deal to distribute its animated Web series "Blah Girls"
on television with CBS Television Distribution, TechCrunch reports. The series
is slated to air as one-minute interstitials during the CBS (NYSE: CBS) entertainment news
show "The Insider."

- Slide, a developer of social media applications, and actor Ashton Kutcher's
Katalyst Media production company, on Wednesday announced a partnership that
will see Katalyst's new original Web series, "KatalystHQ," air
exclusively on Slide's FunSpace. The show is a
"fly-on-the-wall reality parody" about working in Kutcher's
production office.
