Lifetime Taps King.com for Branded Online Games

New York - Lifetime Digital Media said on Tuesday that it has partnered with online games firm King.com, which will become the exclusive provider of co-branded online games on myLifetime.com. King.com currently counts 17.5 million monthly users, the majority of whom are women.

FUN Technologies, King.com Form Interactive Skill Games Association

Toronto - Toronto-based FUN Technologies and London-based King.com, two providers of online skill-based games, on Thursday announced the formation of a trade group called the Interactive Skill Games Association (ISGA). The group named Harlan W. Goodson, former director of the California Division of Gambling Control within the California Department of Justice, as its president. "Through the creation of this new association, it is our goal to develop a code of conduct and best practices for the skill games industry, to which we hope member operators will voluntarily adhere without the need for government intervention," said FUN Technologies CEO Lorne Abony.

RealNetworks, King.com Sign Cross-Distribution Games Deal

Seattle - RealNetworks said on Thursday that it has signed a multi-year deal with skill games site King.com, that will see game content integrated across the companies' gaming portals. King.com will be the exclusive provider of skill games for Real's RealArcade.com, GameHouse.com and Zylom.com, while Real will provide online and downloadable casual games on King.com.
