Zed Signs Exclusive Ringtone Deals with T-Pain, KOCH

Denver - Mobile entertainment publisher Zed has announced a deal with top-selling hip-hop artist T-Pain and his record label, Nappy Boy Digital, to exclusively distribute T-Pain ringtones to mobile carriers and through its own portals. T-Pain has to date sold more than 15 million ringtones. Zed also signed a similar exclusive deal with KOCH Entertainment, an independent label whose artists include Ray J, UNK and Kottonmouth Kings.

KOCH Acquires Navarre's Indie Music Business for $6.5 Million

Minneapolis, Minn. - Navarre Corp., a publisher and distributor of physical and digital home entertainment products, announced on Monday that it has sold its independent music distribution business to KOCH Entertainment for $6.5 million in cash.

Movielink VOD Service to Distribute KOCH Entertainment Titles

Santa Monica, Calif. - Movielink, a broadband movie and video download service, announced on Thursday a distribution agreement to make content from KOCH Entertainment available on its service. The deal includes the recent Discovery Channel documentary "The Lost Tomb of Jesus," and classic TV series such as "The Andy Griffith Show" and "The Beverly Hillbillies."

IODA to Distribute Digital Tracks for KOCH Entertainment

San Francisco - IODA (Independent Online Distribution Alliance), a provider of digital distribution for independent label music, announced on Monday that it has signed an agreement with KOCH Entertainment Distribution. Under the deal, IODA will encode and distribute tracks from KOCH's catalog through its network of digital retailers.
