- Conduit Labs, parent company of social music community Loudcrowd, has raised $3
million in its second round of venture capital financing, PaidContent reported,
citing a regulatory filing.

Austin, Texas - Social entertainment firm Conduit
Labs on Tuesday announced the launch of Loudcrowd, a new community site for
music fans that includes a range of music-themed online games. Friends can
share playlists in real-time, featuring artists on partner labels such as
Beggars Group, Domino, DFA and Modular, while playing online games. Users can
also earn a variety of virtual goods for use within the site, including
collectible music tracks.
