GQ Magazine, m-Qube Launch GQ Mobile Service

New York - Men's lifestyle magazine GQ on Monday launched GQ Mobile, which will deliver weekly podcasts and other GQ content to mobile subscribers. The Conde Nast magazine, which claims 5.5 million readers, partnered with Boston-based m-Qube on the wireless service.

Dallas Morning News to Offer CD-ROM Video Magazine Insert

Dallas - The Dallas Morning News announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with iMedia International and United Press Syndicate to launch the industry's first branded interactive video magazine, to be distributed monthly on CD-ROM in the newspaper's Sunday edition. The "Hollywood Previews Entertainment iMagazine" will contain movie and video game trailers, music videos and behind-the-scenes footage and sweepstakes. The first installment will appear in 625,000 copies of the paper's April 30 edition.

CBS SportsLine Fantasy Baseball Magazine Hits Newsstands

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - CBS SportsLine, the online sports news arm of CBS Digital Media, announced on Wednesday that its CBS SportsLine Fantasy Baseball magazine is now available at newsstands. The magazine offers draft cheat sheets, in-depth player profiles and position rankings for use with CBS SportsLine's fantasy baseball leagues, which this year include a free, basic league that includes live-scoring features.
