Los Angeles - Mandalay Media, the parent company of mobile entertainment distributor Twistbox Entertainment, said on Monday that it has completed its $22.8 million acquisition of AMV Holding Limited, a European direct-to-consumer mobile content distributor.

Beverly Hills, Calif. - Mandalay Media, a company set up to acquire various digital distribution, interactive entertainment and online publishing firms, announced on Friday that it will acquire Green Screen Interactive, a New York-based video game publisher and distributor.

Los Angeles - Twistbox Entertainment, a producer and publisher of mobile entertainment content, said on Thursday that it has agreed to merge with Mandalay Media, a development stage company.
