New York - Gilt Groupe, an invitation-only service that offers consumers access to fashion "sample sales," has raised $5 million in financing from Matrix Partners, PEHub.com reported.

Andover, Mass. - Veveo, a developer of mobile video search technology, has raised $14 million in its second round of venture capital financing, from returning investors Matrix Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners, MocoNews reported.

Westford, Mass. - Aylus Networks, a provider of multimedia sharing technology for mobile networks, has raised $15 million in its second round of venture capital, led by the company's original investors, Matrix Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners.

San Jose, Calif. - DVC Labs, a developer of mobile Web browser technology, has raised $4.8 million in its first round of funding, which was co-led by Trinity Ventures and Matrix Partners.
