Toshiba to Mass-Produce 1GB, 2GB MicroSD Memory Cards

Tokyo - Japanese electronics firm Toshiba plans to begin mass-producing a line of ultra-small 1GB and 2GB memory cards for cell phones and other devices beginning in September, according to a report in Japan's Nihon Keizai.
