Seattle - Mixxer, a distributor of mobile music and other entertainment content, announced on Wednesday that it has named John Dearborn as its new chief executive. Most recently, Dearborn was general manager and senior vice president of American Greetings.

Seattle - Mobile music website Mixxer (formerly 3GUpload), on Wednesday announced the launch of several new features, including the ability for users to create ringtones from songs in their personal music libraries.
