Beverly Hills, Calif. - Porn magnate Larry Flynt's LFP announced on Wednesday that it has filed a $20 million counterclaim against Giant Mobile, a firm the company hired to distribute its Hustler Mobile images and videos on mobile phones. The suit claims breach of contract and infringement against Giant Mobile, and says LFP elected to terminate its license agreement with the company after conducting an audit of Giant's books and records. Last month, Santa Monica, Calif.-based Giant filed a $23 million suit against LFP for breach of contract, claiming that LFP terminated its agreement with Giant in order to cut a better deal with another company. Giant's suit also claims that LFP undermined its relationships with other adult content distributors. "We see little merit in the claims made against LFP by Giant in the arbitration, and look forward to the day when this matter is resolved in LFP's favor," said LFP president Michael Klein.
