San Francisco - Greystripe, a distributor of free, ad-supported mobile games, announced on Wednesday that it has closed a $5.5 million third round of financing, led by previous backer Incubic Venture Capital.

New York - Buzzd, a location-based city guide and social network for mobile devices, announced on Thursday that it has raised an undisclosed sum of first round financing, led by Greycroft Partners and Monitor Ventures.
