San Mateo, Calif. - MotionDSP, a developer of video enhancement technology, has received an investment from graphics chipmaker Nvidia as part of its first round of funding, which remains open, VentureBeat reported.

San Diego - MotionDSP, a San Mateo, Calif.-based digital video developer, on Monday introduced a new online consumer service that it says can dramatically enhance video from any source. The company said FixMyMovie, introduced at the DEMOfall 07 conference, "improves overall resolution, corrects for poor lighting conditions and removes the blockiness and other artifacts that ruin most mobile phone and low-end digital camera videos."
