AOL Again Named Worst in Customer Service by MSN Survey

Dulles, Va. - For the second straight year, Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) AOL heads MSN Money's "Customer Service Hall of Shame" survey, which annually ranks companies based on the experiences of their customers.
