MySpace Launches Interactive Tools for Presidential Debates

Los Angeles - News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) MySpace on Wednesday launched a set of interactive tools for MyDebates.org, a partnership between MySpace and the Commission on Presidential Debates that will provide live video webcasts of the upcoming presidential debates.

Los Angeles - News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) MySpace announced on Wednesday a partnership with the Commission on Presidential Debates, wherein MySpace will launch MyDebates.org, a new site offering tools to expand viewership of the upcoming Presidential and Vice Presidential debates. The site will feature an application that lets users embed a live stream of the debates on their own site or social network page, as well as "issue icons" that appear as candidates discuss specific main topics, and multiple choice poll questions to further engage viewers. Debate videos will also be archived on the site for later viewing.
