New York - Giga Omni Media, the blog publisher whose network includes GigaOm and NewTeeVee, has raised $4.5 million in a new round of funding led by Alloy Ventures, according to a blog post from founder Om Malik.

Los Angeles - GigaOmniMedia, the publisher of blogs including NewTeeVee and GigaOM, has raised about $1 million in its second round of venture capital financing, from True Ventures and several angel investors, Beet.tv reports.
