Palo Alto, Calif. - Mozes, the provider of an on-demand mobile marketing platform, has raised an $11.5 million second round of financing led by Maveron, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.

Sunnyvale, Calif. - Retrevo, the developer of a service designed to help users find, buy and use electronic products, said on Thursday that it has secured $8 million in its second round of funding, co-led by Alloy Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners (NVP).

Redwood City, Calif. - Turn, a provider of online targeted advertising services, has raised $15 million in its second round of venture capital financing, PaidContent reported, citing a company spokeswoman.

Los Angeles - Comedian Damon Wayans plans later this month to launch WayOutTV.com, a site that will feature videos produced by up-and-coming comedians chosen by Wayans himself, the Los Angeles Times reported. Wayans told the Times he would be directly involved in finding comedians and helping them write and produce their own content. "There's a lot of initial attempts at these sites, but no one has dominated like the way Comedy Central dominates cable," Tim Chang, a principal at Norwest Venture partners, who has been informally advising Wayans and has been looking at WayOutTV as a potential investment, told the Times.

Palo Alto, Calif. - Fatdoor, the developer of a neighborhood community platform and social networking service, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $5.5 million in first round funding, led by Norwest Venture Partners, and hired Jennifer Dulski, former head of Yahoo's (NASD: YHOO) local markets and commerce division, as its new CEO.

San Francisco - Double Fusion, the provider of an in-game advertising network, announced on Monday that it has raised $26 million in a new round of venture capital financing, led by Norwest Venture Partners.
