Authored by Jay Baage on October 7, 2008 - 11:30am.

New York - Kyle "Ksharp" Miller, Professional Gamer, The CGS Team 3D New York, was interviewed on stage at the recent NY Games Conference. DMW caught up with him afterwards to talk about new developments in the world of competitive gaming, including the opportunity for anyone to challenge professionals for a spot on the team. While video gaming did not quite make it to the 2008 Beijing Olympics as a demonstration sport, despite efforts lobbying for it, Ksharp would have been a given on the US team if they were competing in Counter-Strike. He is known as one of the best players to ever play the game and has had competed in hundreds of tournaments worldwide, including stops in Spain, Singapore, Korea, France and more.
