D&M Holdings Names Eric C. Evans Co-CEO

Tokyo - D&M Holdings, the Japanese holding company whose assets include consumer electronics firms Denon, Marantz and ReplayTV, announced on Tuesday that it has named Eric C. Evans as co-chief executive officer. Evans, who will eventually succeed current D&M CEO Tatsuo Kabumoto, previously served as president and COO of electronic voting machine maker Diebold.
