Electronic Arts Releases "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07"

Redwood City, Calif. - Electronic Arts on Tuesday shipped its "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07" title for Xbox, PlayStation 2, PSP and the PC to retailers. Developed by EA Redwood Shores, the game will also be released for the Xbox 360 on Oct. 17. Separately, EA said it will ship its "Superman Returns" game, based on the motion picture, to retailers on Nov. 20.

TNT, PGA.com to Offer 4 Broadband Channels for PGA Championship

Atlanta - Time Warner's TNT announced that it has partnered with PGA.com to offer a range of interactive coverage of this year's 88th PGA Championship. The companies will use CNN Pipeline technology to provide four distinct broadband channels of golf, including six hours of simulcast coverage during early rounds on Thursday and Friday. In addition, AOL.com users will have exclusive access to live video coverage of select par-3 holes.

XM to Provide Free Radios to U.S. Open Golf Spectators

Washington - XM Satellite Radio, a provider of subscription radio programming with 6.5 million subscribers, announced on Wednesday that it will provide 1,000 portable XM radios each day to spectators at the U.S. Open golf tournament this week.
