Marvel, Planetwide Games Team on Comic Book Creator Software

San Diego - Marvel Comics announced on Tuesday that it has signed a multi-year licensing deal with Planetwide Games, to create new content for a Comic Book Creator application that allows fans to use Marvel superheroes and artwork in their own homemade Web comics.

Virgin Comics, Planetwide Games Launch Comic Book Creator Software

San Diego - Virgin Comics, a unit of Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group, announced on Monday that it has partnered with Planetwide Games to release the Virgin Comics Comic Book Creator self-publishing software and Virgin Comics Digital Content Packs.
