London - The global entertainment and media market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 2.7% over the next five years, to reach $1.6 trillion in 2013, according to the annual report from PricewaterhouseCoopers.

New York - U.S. Internet advertising revenues for the first half of 2008 totaled $11.5 billion, an increase of 15.2% from the same period a year ago, according to a report from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Revenues for the second quarter were up 12.8% over the same period of 2007, but showed a slight decline of 0.3% from the first quarter.
