with a number of U.K. radio broadcasters to launch an online radio player
application that includes streams from every licensed station in the U.K. Set
to launch early next year, the UK Radioplayer will offered live and on-demand

RadioCentre, Global Radio and Guardian Media Group.

a service that lets Web users control songs played on terrestrial radio
stations, announced on Tuesday that it has signed a syndication deal with
Triton, as well as a distribution deal with Australian broadcaster Austereo. San Mateo, Calif.-based Jelli recently began a trial of
its service with CBS Bay Area radio station KITS LIVE 105. Jelli will now also
be available to Triton's more than 4,500 U.S.
radio affiliations -- both terrestrially and online -- and in Australia on Austereo stations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The company added
that it plans to release an iPhone application in early 2010.
