Blog Network SBNation Re-launches National Sports Site

Washington - SBNation, a network of sports-related blogs that in July raised $8 million in funding, said on Thursday that it has re-launched its core national site. The new SBNation.com site will feature news, commentary and discussion culled by editors from the company's 212 professional sports blogs, as well as from third-party sites and social networks. The company said that the new format will give fans access to the "most relevant developments on the day's biggest sports news."

Washington - SBNation, a network of sports-related blogs, has raised $8 million in new financing, led by Comcast Interactive Capital.
