Boston - Third Screen Media, a Boston-based provider of mobile advertising and marketing software, has raised $5 million in its second round of venture capital, led by TD Capital Ventures, with additional funding by Blue Chip Venture Co. Founded in 2002, Third Screen Media offers technology for advertising on mobile phones and wireless devices, including analytical tools and publisher inventory management. Its customers and partners include USA TODAY, MasterCard, Dunkin Donuts, MSN, Sprint and some large advertising agencies.
