Campbell, Calif. - YouSendIt, a provider of digital content delivery services for business and personal uses, announced on Tuesday that it has raised a $14 million third round of venture capital financing, led by new investor Emergence Capital.

Hackensack, N.J. - Vidyo, a provider of Internet-based, high-definition video conferencing technology, has raised $12 million in its second round of venture capital, led by Rho Ventures.

San Francisco - Wired News reported on Thursday that a stealth-mode company called Broadband Instruments, founded by former executives at Musicmatch, iRiver and Rio, is developing unspecified digital music technology that may include a consumer device and wireless functionality.
