New York - South Park Digital Studios, a joint venture between "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Viacom's (NYSE: VIA) Comedy Central, on Wednesday launched a new website where users can watch every episode of the 12-season series for free.

New York - Viacom's (NYSE: VIA) MTV Networks has announced plans to make every episode of its Comedy Central network's "South Park" animated series available online for free streaming, Reuters reports.

New York - The creators of the animated series "South Park" on Viacom's Comedy Central cable network have secured a deal with the company to launch a joint venture that will incubate original material, including video games, across the Internet and mobile platforms, The New York Times reported.

Orlando, Fla. - Viacom on Wednesday debuted a number of new mobile media offerings across its MTV, Comedy Central and other properties, with MTV Networks announcing that Pepsi and Intel have signed on as charter sponsors of its mobile programming. MTV Networks also expanded its partnership with Sprint; the carrier now offers 14 live streaming and VOD mobile channels. Viacom's Comedy Central, meanwhile, introduced a new 40-level mobile game called "South Park 10: The Game," developed by RealNetworks' mobile game studio.

San Francisco - Viacom's Comedy Central will distribute the first high-definition episode of its "South Park" TV series as a free download exclusively on the Xbox Live Marketplace service for Microsoft's Xbox 360 game console, Wired News reports. The HD episode will be available for download on Tuesday; it will also be bundled on HD DVD discs along with purchases of an Xbox 360 or HD DVD drive for the console at retailer Best Buy.
