- CBS-owned (NYSE: CBS) CBSSports.com and MaxPreps.com on Monday announced a partnership
with The Sports Illustrated Group, that will see both parties share and
distribute various digital and print assets. High school sports content from
MaxPreps.com will now feature in SI.com's high school section. Several Sports
Illustrated writers, including David Feherty and Seth Davis, will see their
articles syndicated across CBSSports.com. SI.com will also promote live sports
video featured on CBSSports.com.

- Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) Sports Illustrated magazine on Wednesday launched a $2.99 application
for Apple's (NASD: AAPL) iPhone -- coming soon for RIM's (NASD: RIMM) BlackBerry -- that gives users access
to hundreds of photos from the magazine's annual swimsuit issue. The SI
Swimsuit 2009 application, created by Azuki Systesms, also provides sports
scores, schedules and team information, and lets users create sports calendars
to track teams with customized swimsuit model photos for each month.
