North Carolina-based Summus will distribute the cell phone games across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, with the first titles expected to launch with U.S. carriers in early 2006.

Raleigh, N.C. - Summus, a provider of mobile entertainment and media applications, on Tuesday announced a content distribution agreement with wireless entertainment firm ClearSky Mobile Media. Under the terms, North Carolina-based Summus will distribute ClearSky's Maxim magazine and Chippendale's branded mobile content through its network of partners, while Florida-based ClearSky will offer Summus content including Hooters Calendar and SI Swimsuit to its partners.
