Sybase to Acquire Content Delivery Firm Mobile 365 for $425 Million

Chantilly, Va. - Sybase, a California-based maker of software for managing data center information, said on Wednesday that it will pay about $425 million in cash to acquire Virginia-based Mobile 365, a provider of mobile messaging and content delivery services.
