Danish Telco TDC Adds CD-Burning Feature to Unlimited Service

Copenhagen - Danish telecom TDC has added a new element to the unlimited music download service that is bundled with its broadband and mobile subscriptions, Billboard reports. The Play 10 feature on TDC Play, available for an additional $9 per month, lets subscribers burn 10 tracks to CD per month, as well as convert them to MP3. Extra tracks beyond the initial ten then cost $1.45 each. TDC Play allows subscribers to download unlimited tracks and access them as long as they remain a broadband and mobile customer.

London - Scandinavian telco TDC on Monday announced the launch of a free, unlimited music download service, with all costs to the recording industry to be picked up by the telco.

TDC, 24-7 MusicShop Debut Dual Mobile-PC Music Video Downloads

London - Danish telecommunications provider TDC on Tuesday announced the launch of its service, powered by 24-7 MusicShop, that allows customers to purchase digital music videos for download to both mobile phones and PCs. The service provides 10-second previews on mobile phones (MPEG 4) and 30-second previews on PCs (WMV).

24-7 Music Shop to Power Mobile Music Store for TDC

London - 24-7 Music Shop, a U.K.-based provider of online and mobile entertainment distribution services, announced that its mobile music delivery service has been adopted by Scandinavian wireless carrier TDC Mobile, while its online component will power Groove Mobile's online store for 3UK Music. TDC Mobile is the first wireless carrier to launch 24-7 Music Shop's mobile service, which will allow subscribers to purchase dual-format downloads -- with one copy sent to a mobile phone and another to a PC, where it can be burned to CD or transferred to a portable player.
