Washington - Its Hip Hop.TV (IHTV), an online video network focused on independent Hip Hop music, said that it has been accepted into the Maryland Technology Development Corp. (TEDCO) Incubator Program. The company said that the move will open up additional opportunities for capital investment. IHTV streams interviews, artists' videos and concerts, short films, original TV shows and rap competitions.
