New York - The former editor-in-chief and another editor at Muze, a provider of informational databases on music and other media, have announced the formation of The Tactic Company, which will provide editorial content and recommendations for handheld devices and website publishers, Billboard reported. The company was founded by former Muze editor Paul Parriera and Peter Krause, a managing editor for the company. The Tactic Company also plans to introduce its own Web and mobile products.
