New York - Financial news and information agency Thomson Reuters is set to launch a new Web-only business news video-on-demand service, The New York Times reported. The service is intended for "the 550,000 financial professionals who have a Thomson Reuters screen on their desks," Devin Wenig, CEO of the company's markets division, told The Times.
