Comcast Gets Time Warner TV Programs On Demand, Online

New York - Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) announced on Wednesday that it has signed a deal with cable TV provider Comcast (NASD: CMCSA) to make programming from its Turner Broadcasting unit available on-demand, as well as online, to Comcast subscribers free of charge.

NBA $7.4 Billion Broadcast Deal Includes Live Internet, Mobile Streams

Los Angeles - The National Basketball Association (NBA) this week signed a deal for broadcast rights that for the first time includes online and mobile rights, agreeing to an eight-year, $7.4 billion contract with Walt Disney's ABC and ESPN, and Time Warner's TNT, the Los Angeles Times reported.

TNT, PGA.com to Offer 4 Broadband Channels for PGA Championship

Atlanta - Time Warner's TNT announced that it has partnered with PGA.com to offer a range of interactive coverage of this year's 88th PGA Championship. The companies will use CNN Pipeline technology to provide four distinct broadband channels of golf, including six hours of simulcast coverage during early rounds on Thursday and Friday. In addition, AOL.com users will have exclusive access to live video coverage of select par-3 holes.

San Diego - Time Warner's Turner Network Television (TNT) unit announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with Veoh Networks to promote its original series "Nightmares & Dreamscapes: From the Stories of Stephen King" on Veoh's video-sharing service.
