Menlo Park, Calif. - Gamook, a developer of casual online games, has raised $1.5 million in its first round of funding from U.S. Venture Partners, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.

Sunnyvale, Calif. - Tzero Technologies, a developer of technology used in the wireless distribution of high definition video, said on Monday that it has raised $18 million in its third round of funding, led by the CID Group.

New Hope, Pa. - myYearbook.com, a social networking site for teens, announced on Friday that it has raised $4.1 million in its first round of venture capital financing, from U.S. Venture Partners and First Round Capital.

San Francisco - Piczo, an online social network with 10 million mainly younger teen users, announced on Thursday that it has raised $11 million in its third round of venture capital financing.
