Fox Offers Online Pay-per-View of UEFA Champions League

Los Angeles - News Corp.'s (NYSE: NWS) Fox Soccer Channel has announced plans to offer online pay-per-view access to the UEFA Champions League, a European soccer tournament. Users in the U.S. will be able to watch live online streaming of UEFA matches for $9.95 each; $14.95 per month; or $99.95 for a season pass. The matches will be available on ChampionsOnFox.com and streamed from UEFA.com. The network also launched the FoxSoccer.com Mobile Match Tracker, offering near-live goal highlights on mobile phones.

Redwood City, Calif. - Electronic Arts on Tuesday announced the release of its "UEFA Champions League 2006-2007" title for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2 and PSP. The only official game based on the European soccer tournament is also available in Europe for the PC and as a mobile game.

Redwood City, Calif. - Electronic Arts announced on Friday plans to publish "UEFA Champions League 2006-2007," a title based on the European club soccer tournament. Developed at EA Canada for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PSP and the PC, the game is slated for release worldwide on March 20.

Sirius Satellite Radio Adds UEFA Soccer Matches to Lineup

New York - Sirius Satellite Radio, a digital radio service with 4.7 million subscribers, announced on Wednesday an agreement with Europe's UEFA Champions League, and will provide live coverage of UEFA soccer matches. New York-based Sirius also broadcasts English Premier League soccer matches.

London - lSony Computer Entertainment Europe announced on Friday that it will maintain its sponsorship of UEFA Champions League. The company has sponsored the European soccer league since 1997; the new deal extends the sponsorship agreement through the 2008-2009 season.
