Cheese's, said on Wednesday that its previously announced uWink location at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles will open in early May. The company plans to use the proceeds to fund the opening of its first uWink Bistro -- a restaurant with touch-screen kiosks at each table that can take orders and display interactive games -- in Woodland Hills, Calif. this summer. Los Angeles-based uWink is led by Nolan Bushnell, the founder and former CEO of both Atari and Chuck E. Cheese.
