San Francisco - Radar Networks, a developer of semantic Web technology, announced on Monday that it has raised a $13 million second round of venture capital, led by Velocity Interactive Group.

San Mateo, Calif. - MixerCast, a provider of social media marketing tools and services, announced on Wednesday that it has closed a $6 million second round of funding, led by Intel Capital.

New York - Broadband Enterprises, an online video network, announced on Thursday that it has received a $10 million investment from Velocity Interactive Group.
