Los Angeles - Veoh Networks, the operator of an Internet TV service, announced on Monday the launch of a new behavioral targeting system, which will allow advertisers to target ads to Veoh's 28 million viewers based their past video viewing interests. The system initially allows targeting to more than nine interest-based audience segments, but Veoh said it will "build custom audience categories around an advertiser's specific marketing objectives." The service includes automatic syndication and reporting features for video publishers; a downloadable player that can download videos from across the Web; and a peer-to-peer delivery network that lets publishers upload videos of any length or file size for distribution.
